The True Cinnamon

Why Ceylon Cinnamon is the
World's Best True Cinnamon

Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) is the only "True Cinnamon" — native exclusively to Sri Lanka. Unlike Cassia varieties, it has delicate multi-layered quills, sweet aromatic flavour, and virtually no coumarin, making it the safest and most premium cinnamon globally.

Ceylon Cinnamon Products,
Forms & Grades

We supply Ceylon Cinnamon in three primary forms — Quills, Powder, and Essential Oil — each available in multiple internationally recognised grades to match your industry specification, quality requirement, and price point.

Ceylon Cinnamon Quills

Ceylon Cinnamon quills are hand-rolled cylinders of peeled inner bark, dried to produce the characteristic multi-layered, thin, papery rolls unique to Cinnamomum verum. Unlike thick single-layered Cassia sticks, Ceylon quills are tightly nested, delicate, and easily powdered by hand.

Our quills are graded strictly to Sri Lanka Standard (SLS 81) and internationally accepted specifications. Each consignment is lot-tested for moisture, volatile oil content, coumarin, and microbial limits.
