Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges incurred during delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Perishable goods (spices, fresh products)
- Customized or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to improper handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
